Quality
ISG Jackson operates an Integrated Management System incorporating its comprehensive
range of policies and procedures, covering quality, health and safety, and environmental/sustainability
issues. The company works in partnership with BSI for registration of the management
system to the international standards ISO 9000:2000, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
All policies/procedures are reviewed regularly and annual objectives for quality
improvement are formally identified and set.
Our management system is structured around a high-level process which runs from
identifying work opportunities, to gaining customer and consultant feedback on the
finished product/process, as well as obtaining sub-contractor feedback. In line
with best practice, we seek to operate an ongoing process of review and improvement.
Many detailed process charts and procedures are used to manage specific activities
within the business. Key areas of quality consideration include that of design,
sub-contractors/suppliers, trade packages, execution, inspections/handovers and
post completion services.
