Within the complex and challenging enviroment of the construction industry quality is often distilled into one factor – zero snagging. Without doubt this is a primary business objective across ISG Retail and Leisure and we are proud of our demonstrable record of achieving zero snagging on many projects.
However we recognise that quality is much more than client satisfaction: Staff attitudes, health and safety, sustainability commitments, commercial transparency and continuity of workload are all intrinsic attributes of the quality service our clients expect.
These principles are embedded from the outset of our working relationship. Aligning dedicated project personnel to the client appointed organisations we aim to establish a project team that is committed to collaboratively delivering the project outputs on behalf of our client. Through proactively contributing and challenging design solutions value and risk are inherently managed. This interaction is continued through the delivery phases and ultimate project close out.
Our client-bespoke close out procedures engage all appropriate stakeholders to ensure completion is a pivotal focus of our delivery operations. Through targeting zero defects and expedient collation of project information manuals, our clients are able to focus on their business drivers without unnecessary distraction.
